Today I am happy to announce that we have closed on our deal to take our relationship with Dun & Bradstreet (D&B) to the next level. As of today, NetWise is now a Dun & Bradstreet company. Please see the official announcement for further details on the deal.
I am incredibly proud of our team and all they have done to make NetWise the company that it is today. This is an incredible milestone for our business and a reflection of everything we have accomplished. This acquisition would not have been possible without each one of you. I am incredibly grateful for your contributions and more importantly, the trust you had in me to lead this great company.
You might be wondering how and why this happened and “why D&B” is a terrific fit for us. Over the last couple of years, I have spoken to several parties that had expressed interest in acquiring NetWise. None of these companies were quite right until D&B came along. We share a common vision of the B2B marketing landscape. Over the course of many conversations and interactions with the D&B team, it became clear that they were the right partner with which to scale our impact and grow in the marketplace. Our shared ambition is to help brands, small or large, become more effective data-driven marketers. I believe strongly that we will be building something special with D&B, a 180-year-old trusted brand, who sees significant opportunity in this space. They see so much opportunity that last week they also acquired Eyeota. In coming months we will merge with Eyeota to create D&B’s Digital Audience Division (or something like that, details are in the works.) All of these reasons convinced me that joining the D&B family is right for our company.
Upon completion of the acquisitions, all three companies will together bring to market an innovative solution to make it simple for brands to create target audiences and activate these audiences at scale across any marketing channel (DSP, CTV, Social, MA, CRM) through a single user interface. I like to think of it as BYOC…bring your own creative and we’ll do the rest.
It means we’re creating an even better experience for you, just as we set out to do ten years ago. Now, with the help of D&B and Eyeota, we are going to bring game changing solutions to meet the myriad demands of marketers.
If you have any questions or concerns please reach out to the NetWise team: as always, they will be available to answer questions or help with concerns. We can’t wait to share further progress with you in the near future.
